She graduated magna cum laude with a Business degree from Metropolitan State University, and in early 2022 Nancy was ranked as a REAL PRODUCER Top 200 Denver Agent, based on her sales production. She is also a consecutive FIVE STAR Real Estate Agent award winner for 2010-2022, as named by Five Star Professionals and bestowed to fewer than 7% of Denver-area Realtors each year. Even rarer, of the almost 23,000 licensed Realtors currently in Denver, only 94 have won the FIVE STAR award all thirteen years it's been offered. The FIVE STAR award is so meaningful to Nancy because it’s based solely on client satisfaction.
Nancy also possesses “Certified Residential Specialist” (CRS), "Certified Negotiation Expert" (CNE), and “Certified Luxury Homes Marketing Specialist” (CLHMS) designations, thus placing her in an elite group of Realtors across the country. She is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Denver Metro Association of Realtors, and is a consecutive DMAR Roundtable of Excellence Award winner.
Nancy is active in the community, volunteering her time with various non-profit, arts and educational organizations such as Delores House, Colorado Village Collaborative, Samaritan House, Cherry Creek Arts Festival, Kent Denver School, Dress for Success, and Parade of Homes to name a few. She is also an award-winning mixed-media artist and has sold her artwork through local art agents, galleries, and art shows in the Denver area.
