We had the best experience finding our new home with Nancy! She quickly understood exactly what we were looking for - from the feel of the home to the price range to the neighborhood, etc. And when we found that dream home, she did everything in her power to make sure we got it! Once we were under contract, she also made sure that we would close -- following up with the appraisal, making sure our inspection was scheduled on time, etc. so that nothing could stand in our way. We listed on a Thursday and the condo had multiple offers by Saturday evening. Throughout the entire process Nancy was extremely professional, detail-oriented, and always looked out for my best interests. After selling my condo, Nancy helped my girlfriend and I look for a new house. We looked at a total of 3 houses that fit our criteria, and placed our first and only bid on a house we fell in love with.
